This review is from: Bazic Quad-Ruled Composition Book, Green Marble, 100 Sheets (Case of 48) (Office Product) I have taught an Engineering Tech class for several years and we use Quad-ruled notebooks to take notes, sketch, design, etc. I chose the Bazic notebooks this year because they were so inexpensive, but I am very disappointed in the quality of the paper. The paper is so razor thin that the pages often rip, even with basic writing and erasing. Students have to stop to tape over the rips which interrupts my teaching and impacts their sketching and note-taking. Not ideal, to say the least. I also have trouble getting my corrections in red pen to come through, so I often have to write over my comments two or three times for them to be fully seen. This is inefficient, annoying, and unacceptable. These notebooks are lousy. I recommend that you spend the extra $1 per notebook and get something of higher quality. I certainly will next school year! Of the two cases one book was a bit damaged, but the others were fine. By the end of the school year the covers were coming off some. But for those students who actually treat books like books there were no problems after an entire school year which involved bringing these to class every day. Overall I was very pleases and have already bought my supply for this coming school year.
